Who am I?

Hi, I’m Tara. I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the state of Washington and Massachusetts.

My approach is a person-centered, strengths based approach that emphasizes a partnership between the client and therapist. Depending on the needs of each individual, I draw from cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and problem solving therapy and Lifespan integration.

For my clients that are finding themselves stuck, want something different from traditional talk therapy, want to heal from trauma, or attachment deficits, I highly encourage them to utilize Lifespan Integration with me to allow their mind & body to heal itself. For more information about Lifespan Integration and the how/why it works, please visit https://lifespanintegration.com/what-is-lifespan-integration/

I enjoy being able to provide support and helping individuals learn coping skills that will help them throughout their lives. I enjoy working with a variety of populations and attending training classes and conferences to better support those populations, including the LGBTQ+ community.

I’m also passionate about helping people decide wether they want to make a big move abroad and supporting during that big transition as it is a difficult adjustment for some.

In my free time, when I’m not helping clients, I enjoy various crafts, cooking, and spending time with my family and dogs.
