This isn't a coaching show, and it isn't a therapy show. It's my own family's move — from the outside and the inside. If you've ever wondered what it actually looks like behind the scenes for someone who works with people navigating relocation and big life transitions, this is that story, lived in real time, mess and all.

  • Meet the cast (husband, tween daughter, two very good dogs) and the real reasons behind the move — sentiment, wanderlust, safety, and a serious case of burnout. Plus the process of elimination that ruled out Australia (spiders), Switzerland (cost), Germany, and the Netherlands (vetoed by a tween) before France won by default — because it had been the answer the whole time.
