Therapy Built Around the Specific Problem You're Facing
Not every kind of struggle responds to the same approach. Below is how I work with each of my core specialties — you don't need to fit neatly into one category to reach out.
OCD & Anxiety — Treated With ERP
ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) is the most evidence-backed approach for OCD. Instead of talking around the fear, we work through it directly and rebuild your tolerance for uncertainty — at a pace you help set.
Who it's for: reassurance-seeking, compulsions, or avoidance patterns talk therapy alone hasn't touched.
Trauma & Identity Work
Some trauma responses live in the body more than in the story you tell about them. Lifespan Integration works with that directly, alongside CBT and DBT for day-to-day skills.
Who it's for: relational trauma, a specific traumatic event, or an identity shift that hasn't resolved with talk therapy alone.
ADHD
Generic productivity advice assumes a brain that isn't yours. We work from what's actually happening — executive dysfunction, masking burnout, a later-in-life diagnosis — and build systems around that reality.
Who it's for: adults with ADHD (diagnosed or self-identified) looking for strategy and support.
LGBTQ+-Affirming Care
You don't need to teach me the basics of your identity before we can get to the actual work. Affirming care here isn't a separate track — it's the baseline for everything above.
Who it's for: anyone — this is the standard, not the exception.
What to Expect
Sessions are virtual, 50 minutes, held weekly to start. Availability: early mornings for Washington-based clients, more flexible morning hours for Massachusetts-based clients. A Good Faith Estimate is provided before we begin, per federal law.
Fees
As required under the No Surprises Act, I provide a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges to all new clients — you can view a sample estimate here.
I'm out-of-network with insurance companies. I partner with Thrizer for out-of-network billing, and with Open Path Collective for clients who are uninsured, underinsured, or unable to afford current market rates.
